REFUND & RETURN POLICY

The simple version
If something isn't right, we'll fix it. That's the whole policy, really. The details are below.
Returns
You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a return — no explanations needed.
To qualify:
- Item is unused and in its original condition
- Original packaging is intact
- Proof of purchase (your order confirmation email is fine)
To start a return, just email us at main@patoosko.com with your order number. We'll take it from there — no forms, no complicated process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 business days back to your original payment method.
If you paid by card, your bank may take a few additional days to show the refund — that's on their end, not ours.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or just not what you ordered — that's on us, completely.
Email us at main@patoosko.com within 48hours of delivery with a video of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. No return required in most cases.
Return shipping
If you're returning an item because you changed your mind, return shipping costs are your responsibility. We'll provide the return address once your request is approved.
If the item is damaged, defective, or we made an error — we cover all return shipping costs. Just let us know and we'll arrange it.
Items we can't accept back
- Items that have been used or show signs of use
- Items returned after 14 days without prior agreement
That's it. We don't exclude sale items from returns — if you bought it from us, you can return it.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges — but the process is just as simple. Return your original item following the steps above, and place a new order for what you need. If timing is tight, email us and we'll do our best to help.
